4. What is your biggest weakness?
This is one of the most admired questions asked in most of the trade interviews by the employer. They just want to know how you are working to conquer your weaknesses. Always choose a flaw that is genuine and comprehensible. It should always be associated to your work. After you have mentioned your weak point do not forget to state how you are trying to conquer that weakness.
