Common Interview Questions

A job interview is a process through which the employer and the prospective employee come in contact with each other. It is simply meant for the appointing a suitable candidate for a particular job. It is of utmost importance to prepare enough for the job interview. You can prepare yourselves by going through a few tough interview questions.

3. Why did you leave your last job?

4. What do you know about this organization?
The only way to answer such questions is to research well regarding the company before hand. Research about the current topics regarding the company you are applying for. Also learn about the current issues that surround the company.

5. Why do you want to work with our company?
This question will demand a certain amount of thinking. You can mention good points about their company and give a suitable answer thereafter.

6. Are you a team player?
Yes, I an excellent team player in all circumstances. Give suitable instances to show how you have performed well under a team and you can even mention that you are a very good leader. Also mention that you firmly believe that working in a team is the best way to perform well.

7. Explain how you would be an asset to this organization?
This question simply gives you an opportunity to highlight your best points. Also mention that how your appointment can prove to be beneficial for the company.
